This is a completed installation of a 150mm basket containment system for data and low voltage cabling, which involved securing the basket along predetermined routes, ensuring they are level and properly aligned. The system typically starts with fixing unistrut base brackets to the walls or ceiling using appropriate anchors or mounts. The 150mm wide basket was fixed in place using M6 channel nuts & basket hold down clamps creating a stable framework for the cables. Once installed, the cables were neatly arranged and secured within the baskets, ensuring adequate spacing and support to avoid damage or signal interference. Proper cable management accessories like cable ties or clips were used to maintain an organised layout. Finally, safety checks are conducted to ensure compliance with electrical and fire safety standards (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).

Here is an example of a completed Installation of an external light above a doorway. First we selected a suitable light fixture designed for outdoor use. Then began by marking the desired position above the doorway and drilled holes for the mounting of the bracket. The bracket was then securely fixed to the wall using appropriate anchors or screws. Next, electrical wiring was routed from a power source, ensuring the connections are weatherproofed and properly insulated. The light fixture was mounted onto the bracket, and the wiring was connected to the fixture's terminals. Finally, a weatherproof sealant was applied around the edges to protect against the elements.
